BLUEPRINT SCROLL JOURNEY A -> Z
Thanks to dating apps and messengers, it has become very easy to meet people and keep a conversation going. Paradoxically, it has become much harder to find the right moment to be honest.
Core Mechanic
Movement = Emotional Depth
PHASE 1 : IDENTIFICATION
I often heard: “It didn’t end because we weren’t a match. I just didn’t know how to bring it up.” My hypothesis: if the vague early stage of dating is restructured into a clear, visible road, people can spend less energy fighting awkwardness and more energy looking at each other.
PHASE 2 : PROTOTYPING
PHASE 3 : WORLDBUILDING

MISSION COMPLETE
SOME ROAD starts as “Let’s just play a game,” but gradually leads players to share things they don’t usually bring up in casual talk. The game never forces heavy confessions; it simply lays out a path they can choose to walk together. This project is a small model of how I work: designing not just surfaces, but the emotional structures, rules, and journeys that hold a world together.
▶ SCROLL TO REVEAL DECK
I designed a set of 37 cards themed around a “city of love,” each capturing the mood and emotion of a specific place in the city.
According to the progression of locations, different card types—flirting cards, mission cards, question cards, and special cards—are arranged to control the rhythm and emotional tone of the game.
As players advance through the stages, the emotional density and depth of the questions and missions increase naturally, allowing them to become more immersed in the flow of the relationship.
